Common issues

A short list of the things people most often ask about.

• An image will not upload. Check the file type (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF) and that it is under the size limit. See Image uploads and errors.
• A change is not showing. Give it a moment and refresh; published course pages cache briefly.
• An export will not load in my LMS. See Troubleshooting exports.
