Image uploads and errors

Why an image upload might fail, and how to fix it.

Most upload problems come down to file type, size, or a temporary network issue.

Check these first

  • File type. Supported types are JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF.
  • File size. Very large files are rejected. Resize a large image and try again.
  • Try again. A failed upload is sometimes just a network hiccup; retry once.

If uploads consistently fail across different images, contact support and tell us what you are seeing.
