Troubleshooting exports

Fix common export and upload problems.

A few common issues and how to resolve them.

The LMS rejects the package

Confirm you uploaded the SCORM zip as a SCORM package, not as a plain file or web link. Upload the zip as-is; do not unzip it first.

Images or video do not appear

For HTML exports hosted yourself, make sure the whole exported folder is uploaded together, keeping its structure intact. Missing assets usually mean part of the package was not uploaded.
