What to do if a payment fails.

If a payment fails, your card may have expired, hit a limit, or been declined by your bank.

What to do

  • Check the card details in your billing settings and update them if needed.
  • Confirm with your bank that the charge is not being blocked.
  • Once the card is updated, billing will retry.

If a payment keeps failing after you have checked the card, contact support.
